Founder & CEO
Founder of AABC & CEO, Benson is a global development-focused leader with regional, national and local relevance and impact. He has 15-plus years’ experience in management, projects, social development/social justice, and information. He has a successful, proven and excellent track-record in project/research proposal development, strategic and project management.
John Kumwenda
Business Development Associate.
John has vast experience in research, data collection, data management and analysis using variety of data analysis software including SPSS and STATA. In addition, he also has vibrant skills in project implementation, youth empowerment advocacy, monitoring and evaluation including developing of PMPs, and basic programming skills. He also has practical skills on deploying both qualitative and quantitative research approaches
Treaser Mandevu
Adjunct Research Assistant.
Treaser Mandevu has expertise in proposal development, data collection through traditional and electronic means, data cleaning, data analysis and visualization with statistical and Geographical Information Systems (GIS) techniques.
Treaser also an expert in Public Health and has worked with reputable international, national organisations, and a district hospital
Dr. Sriyani Padmalatha
RN, PhD
Dr. Sriyani Padmalatha is an accomplished nursing researcher, educator, and clinician with over two decades of experience spanning clinical practice, academic leadership, and multidisciplinary health research. She holds a PhD in Nursing from National Cheng Kung University (NCKU), Taiwan, where her research focused on depression and quality of life trajectories among women undergoing breast cancer surgery
Cindrella Mhone
Adjunct Programs Associate
Cindrella Mhone has vast experience in research. Her track record includes: field data collection and validation, ethics/bioethics, clinical trial monitoring and inspections, good clinical laboratory practice, implementation research, and research proposal writing. Cindy is also an expert in Nursing & Midwifery and has worked with government, and national and international research institutes.
Anthony Kamanga
Programs Intern
Anthony is an Intern at AABC. He has perfected and utilized competencies in Community Development, Entrepreneurship, Computer MS packages, and Marketing.
